Tonight is a **New Moon in Virgo**, 8:39 pm CST. This Moon is under Mercury’s domain, and Mercury is at a standstill in Virgo. You’re invited to STOP. Press pause on your normal Thursday night activities and take some time - even 5 minutes - to breathe and check in with yourself.

***Does it really matter? If it doesn’t, can you you let it go?*** 

***If it does matter, what do you want?***

***Close your eyes and imagine the best possible outcome(s).***

***Soak in the feelings.*** 

New Moons are a time of endings and new beginnings. You know it’s the start of a new 28 day lunar cycle. There is also a 2 1/2 year lunar phase family. It is helpful to know if you’re starting something and want to work WITH planetary cycles.

- Symbolic beginnings now (Sept 14, 2023)
- Expect visible progress by the 1st quarter, June 14, 2024
- Fruit bears by the Full Moon on March 14, 2025
- Harvest and start bringing things to closure by the last quarter, Dec 11, 2025

And if this New Moon touches a planet in your birth chart, it starts a new 19-year cycle. (*Check your chart, and note planets between 21 and 23 degrees of Virgo.*)

**Mercury returns to forward motion on Friday.** Hurrah!
